Shipping Information

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order placement. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons and promotional events, please allow additional time for order processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days): Our most economical option for domestic orders.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days): A faster domestic service with full tracking.
  • Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): Our fastest available domestic shipping option.
  • International Shipping (7-21 Business Days): Delivery times vary by destination country. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States and to select international countries. The list of available countries is shown during the checkout process. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses via our standard carrier.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your items, the shipping destination, and the selected delivery speed. We offer free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over a specified amount, which will be automatically applied at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure the fastest possible delivery. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments, and you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please first check the tracking information for any carrier updates or delivery attempt notices. For missing or delayed packages, please contact us through the contact form on our website with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the situation promptly.

Undeliverable Packages
A package may be returned to us if the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, or if the package is unclaimed after repeated delivery attempts. If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipping returned packages.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
